Eugene Morley studied at the Art Student’s League.
He worked with the stage designer Norman Bel Geddes and taught at
the John Reed Club School of Art and the American Artists School,
New York. He was a member of the American Artists Congress, the
New York Artists Union and the Art Students League. He worked on
the WPA mural and graphic arts division in New York CIty from 1935-1941. His murals can be found in the Williamsburg Housing Project,
Brooklyn, New York. After WWII he was art director of Covington
Fabrics and continued to paint.
