Kovner 1904 |

Saul Kovner emigrated from Russia and studied at
the National Academy of Design. He was a member of the Society of
American Engravers and exhibited at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine
Arts and the Morton Gallery. He was involved in the New York City
WPA graphic arts division. His work is in the collections of Brooklyn
College, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Princeton Universtiy and the
Chicago Art Insitute. |
