Breslow studied at the National Academy of Design and in Europe. He
worked in watercolor, oil and was a wood engraver active in the graphic
arts division of the New York City WPA. His work has been exhibited
at the national Academy of Design. the American Watercolor Society
and the Philadelphia Print Club. |
